A launchpad, not a lecture.
- Like Training for Change, we are guided by the Experiential Learning Cycle, which is linked to popular education as developed by Paulo Freire and others. As such, our trainings are highly interactive and include time to apply the skills you’re learning to your campaign and campus organizing.
- We tailor our trainings directly to the needs of you, your group, and your campus context.
- The work doesn’t end when the training does. During our trainings, we seek to strengthen, empower, and build your organizing skills, but what happens next is up to you. CCN offers follow-up coaching sessions to continue to deepen the development of your organizing skills, but you must make the collective choice to put the skills you’ve built into action on campus.
